Rashid bin Hamdan visits the club, meets the players, and directed to make more effort to return Al Nasr to the competition

His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Al Nasr Cultural & Sport Club, visited the club where he met with the board of directors, the players of the first team and the technical and administrative staff of the team.

During his visit, H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan was accompanied by H.E. Ahmed Hashim Khoory, Vice Chairman of the Al Nasr Club Board of Directors, H.E. Abdulrahman Obaid Abu Al Shawarab, Chairman of Al Nasr Football Company, H.E. Abdul Razzaq Al Hashimi, Chairman of Al Nasr Sports Company, H.E. Ibrahim Al Fardan, Chairman of Al Nasr Investment Company, and members of the board of directors of the club's companies.

H.H. presided over the meeting of the Board of Directors of the club and the presence of the members of the board of directors of the club's companies. H.H.stressed the importance of the challenges facing the club in the coming stage, and placed his trust in the administrators of the club.

H.H. then toured the Al Maktoum Stadium and listened to a detailed explanation by H.E Ahmed Hashim Khoory about the ongoing construction work which is nearing to completion in preparation for hosting the Asian Cup games hosted by the UAE in January 2019. His Highness appreciated the efforts made by the executing company for development work of Al Maktoum Stadium and supporting bodies, especially Dubai Police, Dubai Municipality and Dubai Sports Council, directed the necessity of continuing the hard work and exerting more efforts to become Al Maktoum Stadium, the prominent venue for hosting major sporting events.

After that, His Highness was keen to attend part of the training session for the first football team in the subfield. H.H.addressed to the players asking them to exert more effort and bring back Al Nasr to its natural position. H.H. stressed during his speech that the slogan of victory deserves to be made precious and asked the players to always have the spirit of combat in the stadium and to do their utmost to win the victory until the Al Nasr return to the podiums.

Ahmed Al Yassi, the team captain on behalf of the players, thanked H.H. for everything he offered to them, expressing the players' pride and full appreciation for his visit and his meeting with them to intensify their efforts and motivate them for the upcoming confrontations.

H.H. concluded his visit by taking a commemorative photo with the players and members of the administrative and technical bodies.
