Al Nasr Volleyball Team claimed the UAE Men’s League title for the 2025–2026 season after defeating Al Jazira 3–1 in the decisive match held at Al Ain Club Hall.
With this victory, “Al Ameed” secured its ninth league title and ended a wait for the championship that dates back to the 2020–2021 season. The team showed composure in the key moments of the match to seal a deserved triumph.
Al Nasr’s path to the title included a dramatic 3–2 win over Al Ain in the semifinal playoff, followed by a competitive final series against Al Jazira. After winning the first match 3–0 and narrowly losing the second 3–2, the title was ultimately decided in the final encounter where Al Nasr delivered a strong performance.
The league triumph also completes a remarkable double for Al Nasr this season, having earlier lifted the UAE Federation Cup after defeating Bani Yas in the final.
The team was crowned by Abdullah Juma Al Darmaki, President of the UAE Volleyball Federation, in the presence of Sheikha Shamsa bint Hasher Al Maktoum and several sports officials, alongside the Board of Directors of Al Nasr Sports Games Company led by Chairman Abdulrazzaq Al Hashimi and Vice Chairman Abdulbasit Ali.
