Al Nasr Holds Press Conference Ahead of Match Against Dhofar in Gulf Champions League

Al Nasr Club held a pre-match press conference at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Salalah, Oman, ahead of their upcoming clash against Dhofar in the fifth round of the Gulf Champions League.

Coach Alfred Schreuder opened the conference by offering his condolences to Dhofar Club, its players, and fans on the passing of player Abdul Salam bin Amer. He emphasized that the team would face the match under difficult circumstances, but their goal remains to win, secure qualification, and maintain the top position in their group.

Schreuder added, "We know that Dhofar’s chances are now more difficult, but our aim is to win every match. There won’t be major changes in the lineup, and Haris Seferovic is a strong addition to the team."

Meanwhile, player Samir Memisevic stated, "We are playing under sad circumstances due to the passing of a Dhofar player. We must be more focused and stronger to achieve victory."
