Al Nasr Investment Renews Partnerships to Boost Real Estate Portfolio

Al Nasr Investment Company Strengthens Its Real Estate Portfolio by Renewing Partnership Agreements with Harbor Real Estate and Emirates Real Estate

As part of its strategy to enhance asset management efficiency and boost real estate investment returns, Al Nasr Investment Company has renewed its partnership agreement with Harbor Real Estate. Under this renewed agreement, Harbor Real Estate will continue to oversee the management of a number of the club’s real estate projects. The portfolio managed by Harbor includes 1,156 units, covering a total area of approximately 130,820 square meters, reflecting the significant growth in Al Nasr’s real estate investments.

The renewal agreement was signed by H.E. Mansour Rahma Al Falasi, Chairman of Al Nasr Investment Company, and Dr. Mohanad Alwadiya, CEO of Harbor Real Estate. Also present were Mr. Saad Abdullah Al Hammadi, Vice Chairman, along with board members Ms. Noora Hassan Al Jasmi, Mr. Hassan Ibrahim Al Musawi, Mr. Mohammed Abdulrahim Fareedouni, and Mr. Mohammed Junaid Issa. Representing Harbor Real Estate were Eng. Haider Al Bayaa, Managing Partner, Eng. Youssef Al Tamimi, Property Manager, and Ms. Maria Edroos, Assistant Property Manager.

In parallel, Al Nasr Investment Company also renewed its partnership with Emirates Real Estate, aimed at developing and investing in a number of the club’s buildings and properties as part of an expansion plan to maximize the value of existing assets. Under this collaboration, Emirates Real Estate will manage and invest in 426 real estate units, covering a total area of 39,231 square meters—a move that supports growth opportunities and sustainability within the club’s real estate portfolio. The renewed agreement includes increased financial returns and a higher profit margin, benefiting from the strategic location of the club’s properties and the ongoing real estate boom in Dubai.

The contract renewal ceremony with Emirates Real Estate was attended by Mr. Mohammed Onam Fayalil, Executive Director, and Mr. Jiyad Roshan, Director of Commercial Operations, representing Emirates Real Estate.
