Al Nasr Signs Top Scorer Ali Mabkhout

Al Nasr Football Club has announced the completion of the signing procedures with striker Ali Mabkhout for a two-year contract, coming from Al-Jazira Club to join the first football team at the club.

Ali Mabkhout will wear the number 7 shirt with Al-Nasr, marking the club's first signing for the new 2024-2025 football season.

Mabkhout holds the top spot in the historical list of scorers for the UAE national team, with 85 goals in 114 international matches. He has a rich history with Al Jazira, where he played for 16 seasons, and he is also the all time top scorer in the UAE League with 218 goals .

Mabkhout has won 8 titles with AlJazira, including 3 league titles in the seasons 2010-2011, 2016-2017, and 2020-2021, and the President's Cup 3 times in the seasons 2010-2011, 2011-2012, and 2015-2016, as well as the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup in the 2009-2010 season and the UAE Super Cup in 2021.

Mabkhout has also won the league top scorer title twice, and the Gulf Cup top scorer title twice as well, along with being the top scorer in the 2015 Asian Cup.
