Al Nasr athletics team continued its dominance and control over all the top positions in the competitions that took place during the National Championship held at the Police Officers Club from 31 March to 1 April.
Al-Nasr won the first place in the men's category with a big difference of 225 points. Al-Ain came second with 68 points and Al Wasl third with 65 points.
In the 100-meter race, Nigerian Ojo won the gold medal with a time of 10.49 seconds. His teammate Naseeb Salmin came in second place and in the 200 meters, Salmin won the gold in 21 seconds. In the 400 meters and 800 meters, Maiof Ibrahim get first place.
In the category of disc throw, the hero, "Ahmed Ali Hassan" get first place and gold medal, in the category of overthrow of the hammer, "Hassan Abdel-Jawad" gets gold medal and his colleague Mohammed Omar silver.
In the 10000 meter race, Samir Ajawar won gold and Sufian Massoudi won the 400m hurdles gold. Al Nasr team won the gold in 4x400m race with the participation of players Naseeb Salameen, Mayouf Ibrahim, Saleh Abdulrahman and Sufian Massoudi.
