Al-Nasr's Loss to Al-Sharjah

The match began with intensity and saw numerous attempts from Al-Nasr to score and break Al-Sharjah's defence. Iuri Medeiros took a free-kick in the 10th minute, but luck was not on his side. In the 13th minute, Samir Memisevic sent a long pass to Manolo Gabbiadini, who then passed it to Adel Taarabt, but he failed to score.

Abdalla Ghanem scored the only goal of the match for Al-Sharjah in the 34th minute.

Manolo Gabbiadini came close to scoring in the 38th minute with a header following a cross from Kevin Agudelo.

In the second half, Mr. Goran Tufegdžić made tactical substitutions, replacing Saud Abdulrazaq, Kevin Agudelo, Iuri Medeiros, and Abdullah Abbas with Ali Abdulaziz, Mohamed Barghash, Bogdan Petrovic, and Mayed Al Teneiji. Al-Nasr continued to press Al-Sharjah in an attempt to score, and they had many opportunities to do so, but luck was not on their side despite their repeated attempts to narrow the gap.
