In the presence of Argentinean Ramon Diaz, technical director of our first football team and player Ryan Mendes, the introductory press conference for the Al Nasr and Sharjah match in the semi-final round of the President Cup, to be held next Monday at Rashid Stadium, was held.

The coach started the speech by emphasizing that Al Nasr and Sharjah's match is of a high caliber, pointing out that in such confrontations, the fans look forward to great levels, and he hoped that the fans' aspirations would be met and that the match would correspond to the significant event of the tournament and the great importance for both teams at a high level.

Diaz stressed that due to the high and precious importance of the tournament, the team is striving hard to win the next match against Sharjah to qualify for the final of the most precious cups, stressing at the same time that there is no space for the team but to win, particularly because it is a knockout match and no place to compensate.

He added: we have offensive solutions in the squad and we have distinguished players on the offensive side, which appeared in the recent match against Ajman, where we were able to resolve the lack of offensive performance by scoring three goals by Ryan Mendes and Dia Sabaa in addition to appearing at a high level thanks to the understanding of the coach's strategy and its execution by the players.

The coach commented when asked about the changes in the team line-up during recent matches: to go far, the team must have a wide group of ready players, as the team can not rely on just 10 or 11 players, and with time we can learn about the features of all players so that we can take advantage of these features in the team's best interest.

In his turn, at the press conference, player Ryan Mendes stated that the upcoming Sharjah match would be tough, explaining that all the players had prepared well for this match, and hoped that the team would look good so that it could defeat Sharjah and qualify for the tournament final.
