Integrity and anti-doping workshop for our first football team

Within the requirements and standards of UAE sports club licensing regulations, players and members of the technical, administrative and medical staff of our first football team participated in the integrity and anti-doping workshop that was held at the team’s residence in Al Ain under the supervision of UAE Pro  League, where the lecture was presented by the Pro League’s legal advisor, Mr. Ghanem Saleh Ghawanmeh.

The lecture focused on explaining the anti-doping regulations, their risks and their negative impact on the player’s professional career. It also focused on the dangers of tampering with results and betting, and explaining the negative results and penalties to which violators of sports laws and regulations are exposed, within the framework of enhancing awareness of negative phenomena in order to recognize them and deal with them in the best ways and avoid falling into prohibitions.
