The introductory Press Conference for Al Nasr vs Al Orooba Match in ADIB Cup

In the pre-match press conference for the first leg of the ADIB Cup Round of 16 between Al Nasr and Al Orooba, which will take place at the Dibba Stadium on Saturday, August 17th, our first team coach, Mr. Alfred Schreuder, spoke about the atmosphere and preparations for the match. He was accompanied in the conference by the team’s captain, Adel Taarabt.

Mr. Schreuder said, "We are happy that the competitions are back, and the team is physically ready for the start of the season. I hope we can achieve a good start."

Regarding the team's preparations before the start of the season, Mr. Schreuder said, "We played several friendly matches both during the training camp in the Netherlands and after returning. We benefited a lot from them. I made sure to give all the players the same amount of playing time during these matches so that they are equally physically prepared for the start of the season."

He continued, sending a message to the fans, "Our fans are our number one supporter. I hope they come in large numbers to the match against Al Orooba on Saturday to support the players. Despite the high temperatures, they are always behind the team."

For his part, team captain Adel Taarabt spoke about the team's preparations for the match against Al Oruba and stressed that the players are fully prepared for it, saying, "We are ready for the kick-off in the ADIB Cup match, and I hope we can deliver a good performance and have a successful start, just as we finished last season."

He also sent a message to the fans, saying, "We promise the fans that we will give our utmost to make them happy. They shared with us the joy of winning many matches last season, and we celebrated many beautiful goals with them. We promise them to achieve even more this season."
