He added, "I had hoped that the coaches would not be forced to participate in players born in 1997 and it would have been better to impose the same player on the squad as a result of his brilliance and seriousness in training and games, "We have the best players in this age group who have won the reserve Arabian Gulf League title last season and have succeeded in confirming their strength to join the first team and shine very well in the preparation camp"

For his part, Mohammed Al Jasmi said that the new regulations for the Gulf Cup is a golden opportunity for all young players to get the opportunity to participate in the starting line.
