Serbian coach Ivan Jovanovic stressed that the team will face Al Dhafra in search of a win like usual in all games, regardless of the Al Nasr's qualification into the quarter-finals of the Arabian Gulf Cup after winning the previous round match against Al Jazira by 2-1 .

"The recent results achieved by the team confirm beyond any doubt that we succeeded. The difficult period that resulted from the unsuccessful start of the league championship, and the development of the team well to qualify into the quarter-finals of the Arabian Gulf Cup, leading the group so far with a full 12 points from four encounters, the only team so far in the tournament, which achieved the victory in all matches. "

"The next two matches in the Arabian Gulf Cup against Al Dhafra and Fujairah will be an opportunity to push a number of players who have not had the opportunity to participate well during the league matches as well as the return of injuries to qualify them and to determine their readiness to participate in the matches.

Masoud Suleiman said that the players are doing their best to win and restore the true image of Al Nasr Club, stressing that winning all the matches is the most important goal. "We have already qualified for the quarter-finals, winning the four matches we played so far, and we hope that we will succeed to continue to win and provide the required performance and reach the most possible point in all the tournaments in which we participate."
