A lecture on professionalism for the players and administrators of under 15 and under 16year teams in Al-Nasr.

The  professional division of Al-Nasr Football Company held   "What is professionalism"  lecture in cooperation with Al Nasr Football Academy, For the players and administrative staff of the Under15 and 16-year teams .

Mr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Director of the Professional Sector at the Football Company, gave the players a lecture in which he explained the idea of professionalism in football , explaining that it involves respect for teammates in the club and the school, as well as adherence to training schedules, following administrators' and coaches' instructions, and representing the club honourably inside and outside  at all times .

The importance of proper nutrition and rest were emphasized , and how to balance between studying and practicing sports activity, and dealing with the environment surrounding the players, which includes coaches, physical trainers, administrators, staff in the football academy and family members, and awareness of the quality of the decision that the player takes and its consequences on his life and career.

The lecturer also went over the academy players' rights and obligations and emphasized the importance of maintaining professionalism and awareness on a continuous basis in order for the player to have a successful career and be eligible to play for the first football team in the future.
