Lecture on the sports structure in Al-Nasr Club and the professional sector

The professional sector of Al-Nasr Football Company, in cooperation with the Football Academy, organized an educational lecture for the administrative and technical staff at the academy.

The lecture was delivered by Mr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Director of the Professional Sector in the Football Company, during which he talked about the administrative structure and the sports organizational structure in the UAE, and the structure of the Sports Authority, federations, clubs, and football councils. He also explained how the various structures and departments relation to  each other in sports institutions, and how to serve sports professionally and distinctively.

The lecturer also talked about the concept of an administrative leader for administrators and coaches, and the tasks assigned to the professional sector for the age groups of 18 and 21 years and the first team.

The lecturer stressed the importance of continuous learning for the administrator, and the need for him to be aware of all the details of the player's life in order to reach from the hobby to professionalism in the right way, and the role played by the environment surrounding the player in encouraging and motivating him to be positive and present in training, and to learn how to balance between study and sports until It excels in both .
