Officially... Al-Nasr renews Adel Taarabt's contract

Al-Nasr Football Company announced the renewal of Moroccan star, midfielder Adel Taarabt, the first-team player, in the framework of maintaining its stability and supporting its technical structure.

Taarabt has a rich experience in European football , he started playing with the French club Lens in 2006, and he played for Tottenham Hotspur from 2007 to 2010, and won the English League Cup with them in the 2007-2008 season, then he played for Queens Park Rangers from 2009 to 2015 , and won the Football League Championship in  2010-2011, and he played for Fulham in 2013-2014 season, then AC Milan in 2014

In 2015, Taarabt joined Portuguese team Benfica, and was loaned to Italian Genoa in the 2017-2018 season, then He returned to Benfica, where he won the league championship  (Primeira Liga )in the 2018-2019 season, and the Portuguese Super Cup ( Supertaca Candido De Oliveira )in 2019.

At the international level, Taarabt played for the French national team under 17 and 19 years old, before choosing to represent Morocco in 2009.

In 2022, Taarabt left for the UAE League, joining Al-Nasr Club, he became one of the team stars , as he played 22 matches in ADNOC Pro League, during which he scored 6 goals and made one assist, and in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank , he played 6 matches , scored 4 goals , and had two goal assist .

Taarabt was one of the most prominent and important Al Nasr players in 2022-2023 season as he took the lead , and drew the attention in many times .
