  • Al Nasr Club was crowned champion of the second edition of the National Handball Cup for the 2025–2026 sports season, after defeating Al Dhaid in the final match with a score of 35–29.This triumph marks the return of “Al Ameed” to the podium after an 11-year absence, since their last title in the UAE President’s Cup during the 2014–2015 season.Following the match, His Excellency Abdulrazzaq Al Hashemi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Nasr Sports Games Company, expressed his happiness with this achievement, emphasizing that the title was the result of continuous work by the team management throughout the season, along with the players’ determination to regain the winning momentum. He also extended his congratulations to the leadership of Al Nasr Club on this success.He added: “We hope this achievement will serve as motivation for more titles in the coming seasons and mark a new starting point for the handball team, after a strong season in which the team delivered outstanding technical performances.”For his part, Dr. Faisal Al Tawash, Board Member of Al Nasr Sports Games Company and Supervisor of the Handball Team, affirmed that this victory reflects the great efforts made by all members of the team. He praised the players’ spirit and commitment throughout the season and that work will continue to strengthen the team’s position and compete strongly in various upcoming competitions.

  • His Excellency Abdulrazzaq Al Sayed Al Hashimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Nasr Sports Games Company, welcomed a delegation from the UAE Handball Federation headed by His Excellency Saud Ibrahim Saleh, President of the Federation, as part of efforts to strengthen mutual cooperation and exchange ideas aimed at developing handball and supporting its continued success during the upcoming phase.The federation delegation was received by Mr. Abdulbasit Ali Abdulrahman, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Nasr Sports Games Company, Dr. Faisal Al Tawaash, Board Member, and Mr. Imran Al Tawaash, Handball Supervisor.The UAE Handball Federation delegation included Mr. Mohammed Hassan Al Suwaidi, Vice President of the Federation, Mr. Abdul Salam Rabie Al Muhairbi, Secretary General, Dr. Mona Ibrahim Al Raisi, Mr. Mohammed Ali Al Hammadi, Mr. Yasser Mohammed Al Naqbi, and Mr. Rahma Ghaleb Al Mansoori, members of the Board of Directors.The meeting featured extensive discussions between both sides on ways to develop the sport and strengthen cooperation between the federation and clubs, in addition to exploring mechanisms to enhance technical and organizational standards in line with the aspirations of UAE sports.Both parties emphasized the importance of early preparations for the upcoming sports season and providing the best supportive environment to develop competitions and raise the standard of UAE handball, contributing to achieving further successes during the next stage.

  • In preliminary general men’s handball league, the fourth round, and at the Rashid bin Hamdan Hall, Al-Nasr defeated its guest, Dibba Al-Hisn, with a score of 34-33 in the total of the matches, and the first half had ended with a score of 15-16 in favour of Dibba Al-Hisn.It is noteworthy that Al-Nasr is competing in the preliminary round matches alongside the teams of Al Jazira, Al Ain, Shabab Al Ahli, Maliha, Dibba Al Hisn, Al Wasl, Sharjah.

  • At Rashid bin Hamdan Hall, and in the second round of the semi-finals, the second group, Al-Nasr lost to Sharjah with a score of 22-31 in the total of the two halves of the match. First half score was a tie of 12-12

  • At Al-Nasr Club Hall, and in first round of the preliminary round of the Vice President’s Cup for Men’s Handball 2022-2023, and in the first group, Al-Nasr lost to Dibba Al-Hisn with a score of 29-32 in the total of the two halves of the match in a match full of enthusiasm and excitement. First half ended with a score of 15-13 in favor of Al-Nasr.The goals of Al-Nasr were scored by: Baher Al-Dasouki 13 goals, Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah 7 goals , Abdul Jalil Maasho 4 goals, Mohammad Juma Mohammad Al-Balooshi 2 goals , Hamad Muhammad Saleh, Abdullah Khamis Abdullah and Majid Malallah Obaid scored one goal each .

  • In the presence of Mr. Marwan Singel, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Nasr Sports Games Company, Al-Nasr junior handball team was crowned in Rashid Bin Hamdan Hall as the runner up of the Junior  handball League Championship for the 2022-2023 season, where the team was honored and its players were handed silver medals.Al-Nasr had secured being the title runner-up in its favor in the previous round of the league, which was played on Saturday, February 25, with 30 points, after defeating Ittihad Kalba.

  • In the first round of the Handball Federation Cup competitions for 2023-2024 season , the preliminary round, the second group, and at Rashid bin Hamdan Hall in Al Nasr Club, Al Nasr lost to its guest Maliha with a score of 19-24 in the total of the two halves of the match, as the first half had ended with a score of 11-10 In favor of Al Nasr.It is worth noting that the competition is held for players in the first category only, which includes (citizens - state passport holders - children of female UAE citizens), and it consists of two preliminary and final rounds, Al Nasr will compete in the second group, which also includes Al Jazira, Al Ain and Maliha teams .

  • At the Al Wasl club hall, and at the end of the preliminary round, round 3, the first group  of  his highness Vice-President of UAE cup for men’s handball, Al Nasr lost to Al Wasl with a score of 33-28 in the total aggregate of the two halves of the match. The first half of the match ended with the loss of Al Nasr with a score of 17-19

  • In the second round of the 2023-2024 Handball Federation Cup, in the preliminary stage, and as part of Group B competition, held at Al-Ain Club's hall, Al Nasr suffered a defeat against the host team Al-Ain with a final score of 28-26, considering the aggregate of the match's two halves. The first half had ended in a draw between the two teams with a score of 14-14 for each of them.
