Al Nasr qualified into the semi-finals of the President Cup after defeating Ajman Club with two goals to none in the match that held this evening at Al Maktoum Stadium.
The first half began with mutual attacks between the two teams, as Al Nasr relied on crosses from the left side through Mahmoud Khamis, and Ajman's attack initiated attempts and shots from outside the penalty area.
The danger of Al Nasr team was evident in the middle of the half, as Diya Sabaa had two chances to score, Mendes, Muhammad Ayed and Mahmoud Khamis received yellow cards, and the half ends with a goalless draw between the two teams.
In the second half, Al Nasr continued its dominance, and in the second minute, Diaa Sabaa was able to open the scoring for Al Nasr after sending a wonderful shot from outside the penalty area, into the right of the goal.
Ajman continued the pressure and made several attempts to score through the attacker Trawalli, but the Al Nasr defense managed to void all the attacks.
In the 67th minute Mahmoud Khamis received red card, and Al Nasr played rest of the match, with ten players.
The final minutes of the match witnessed Al Nasr's control of the midfield area and building the attacks, in the 88th minute Al Nasr score the second goal by substitute Tigali, through a pass from Touzi.
Al Nasr managed to preserve the match’s result until the referee announced the end of the match, by winning with two goals to none, and booked their seat in the semi-finals against the Sharjah team.
