Al Nasr crowned champions of volley ball president’s cup

Al-Nasr team crowned champions of His Highness the President of the State “may God protect him” for the 2021/2022 sports season for volleyball at the expense of Shabab Al Ahli team for the sixth time in its history, after the match was decided in its favor, with a score of 3 to two halves, and Al-Nasr won the match , with the results of 25-21 and 18-25 And 17-25, 25-18 and 15-13 to be crowned champions of the precious cup at the Sheikh Rashid bin Maktoum Al Maktoum Hall in Al Wasl Club amid an enthusiastic atmosphere and great joy from the players and fans of the team, who crawled to support him in this important match.

AL Nasr was crowned with the cup and gold medals, in the presence of His Excellency Khaled Al Midfa, Assistant Secretary-General of the General Sports Authority, His Excellency Abdullah Juma Al Darmaki, Chairman of the Board of Directors of theUAE Volleyball Federation, His Excellency Abdul Razzaq Al Sayed Al Hashemi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Nasr Sports Games, and Mr. Marwan Singel, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Al-Nasr Sports Games Company, Mr. Muhamed Abdul Rahim Fredoni, and Dr. Ahmed Al-Mutawa members of the Board of Directors of Al-Nasr Sports Games Company, and Mr. Ahmed Al-Janahi, Executive Director of Al-Nasr Sports Games company.

Mr. Ali Thani bin Ghalita was named the best team manager in the tournament, and Mr. Ziad Larkash was named the best coach in the tournament, the players Ali Mohamed Saleh was the best Libro player, and Marcos Costa was the best overall player.

Al Nasr deserved to win the championship well and deservedly, due to  the high level of its players throughout the tournament. Al Nasr trip to the title of the most expensive cups was full of excitement and rivalry, as it beat  in the quarter-final matches on Al Jazira by three games to one, then Al Wasl in the semi-finals.
