Al Nasr strengthens its midfield with Dutch player Leroy Fer

Al-Nasr Football Company announced the signing of Dutch midfielder Leroy Fer from Alanyaspor for one season, marking the fourth deal to strengthen the first football team. Fer has vast experience in Dutch and European football, having started his career with Feyenoord, then Twente Enschede. He moved to England to play for Norwich City, Queens Park Rangers, and Swansea City, before returning to Feyenoord and then joining Alanyaspor.

Internationally, Fer represented the Netherlands in 11 matches between 2010 and 2014, participated in the 2014 World Cup, and scored a goal against Chile in the group stage. He also helped the Netherlands secure a bronze medal after defeating hosting country  Brazil  with a score of 3-0
