Schreuder: We Face a Strong Defensive Opponent | Hussein Mahdi: Our Goal is to Win and Qualify for the Quarter-Finals

The press conference for the Al-Nasr vs. Al-Orooba match, part of the second leg of the first round of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup, took place today at Al Maktoum Stadium's press conference hall. Attending the conference were Mr. Alfred Schreuder, Technical Director of the Al-Nasr football team, and player Hussein Mahdi.

Mr. Schreuder said: We are facing a team that employs a highly defensive strategy, focusing on counterattacks and quick transitions from defense to attack. Having played against them twice already, we know that this third match will be challenging in terms of scoring. Patience and composure will be crucial at the start.

Ahmed Shambeh and Salem Al-Somahi remain sidelined due to injury, but we have several capable players ready to step up and fill the gap.

 Hussein Mahdi is one of our standout players. I have full confidence in his abilities, and he fully deserves the trust I have placed in him. He is an exceptional player.
