Al-Nasr vs. Ajman: Press Conference Highlights Ahead of the ADNOC Pro League Match

In anticipation of the upcoming match between Al-Nasr and Ajman in the ADNOC Pro League, a press conference was held today at Al Maktoum Stadium. Mr. Alfred Schreuder, head coach of Al-Nasr, along with player Leroy Fer, who addressed the media regarding the team's preparations and expectations.

Schreuder began by clarifying comments made after the Al-Jazira match, emphasizing that the team's recent performances, particularly in the second half against Al-Wasl and the first half against Al-Jazira, did not reflect the standard they aspire to. He stated, "Our performance in those matches didn’t showcase the style of play we are known for. We need to return to the level we displayed in our earlier games against Al-Orouba and Bani Yas."

The coach acknowledged the strength of Ajman, highlighting their impressive style of play and talented roster. "They are a formidable opponent, and we are aware that this match will be challenging. However, we are entering this game with full focus on achieving victory and reclaiming our winning momentum," he added.

Player Leroy Fer also shared his thoughts, stating, "We are fully concentrated on winning and securing the three points against Ajman. It's crucial for us to demonstrate our true potential, especially playing at home in front of our fans."

Fer expressed his positive adaptation to the environment in Dubai, noting the improving weather conditions. He remarked, "I am gradually acclimating and feeling good, thanks to the support of the coaching and medical staff. My priority is to contribute my best on the pitch to help the team succeed."
