Al Nasr Champions Praise Rashid bin Hamdan’s Reception and Promise Continued Success

Players from Al Nasr Sports Club teams expressed their deep gratitude and appreciation to Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the club, for his warm reception and congratulations following their championship victories during the 2025–2026 sports season.

The champions also extended sincere thanks and appreciation to the club’s leadership and Board of Directors for their continuous support and close follow-up, which they described as the cornerstone behind these achievements.

Saleh Sultan, captain of the basketball team, praised the reception, stating that the club president’s words increase their sense of responsibility to remain at the top. He promised that the team would spare no effort in repeating their achievements and keeping Al Nasr basketball on the winners’ podium.

Meanwhile, Adnan Al Marzouqi, captain of the volleyball team, emphasized that the management’s support throughout the season gave the players positive energy to continue working hard. He renewed the team’s commitment to delivering performances worthy of the name and legacy of “Al Ameed” (The Dean).

In the same context, Waleed Al Blooshi, captain of the handball team, said that the recognition from the club’s leadership reinforces the culture of winning. He pledged continued dedication and fighting spirit on the court to keep Al Nasr’s flag flying high.

For her part, Marwa Kahour, a cyclist from the club’s cycling team, expressed her pride in the generous reception, affirming that the support of Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan and the club leadership serves as a major motivation for women’s sports at the club to continue winning gold medals and achieving more successes in upcoming championships.
