This morning, the delegation of the age stages of basketball players in Al-Nasr Club left for Serbia to go through a period of preparation and development in the capital, Belgrade, within the framework of caring for them, and refining their capabilities to support the first team in the club with distinguished players.The camp is primarily developmental, and its aim is to develop the skills of the participating players, and it will last from 16 to 30 July.The delegation included UAE national team and first basketball team player at Al-Nasr Club Saleh Sultan, the head of the mission, who is participating in the camp to gain technical and administrative experience, Hamad Ashour, the player of the men’s basketball team at Al-Nasr Club, Hassan Al-Shaiba, winner of the best junior player prize in collective games in the ninth edition of Dubai Sports Excellence Model 2023 , and talented players Ali Ahmed, Saif Badr, Abdelrahman Adel and Abdullah Mahmoud .The camp includes intensive technical and physical training that will be conducted 3 times a day, except for the weekend, during which the players will be evaluated through technical and physical tests, identifying weaknesses and working on them, as the first training sessions will be related to the physical aspects, and the remaining two sessions will focus on the two sides Technical side and skills .Players were selected through an integrated work in one system between all age stages of the game in the club, and Mr. Hossam Al-Wakil, coach of the first team, and Mr. Adel Saqr, the technical supervisor of the basketball juniors sector in the club. Mr. Adel Al-Jasmi, director of the first basketball team, made all arrangements and Mission travel preparations .Mr. Farid Al-Qaiwani, General Supervisor of Basketball at Al-Nasr Club, extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Excellency Marwan bin Ghalita, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Nasr Sports Club, and His Excellency Abdulrazzaq Al Sayed Al Hashemi for their constant support and follow-up, and their keenness to encourage young talents in the club, developing and refining their expertise and providing opportunities for completion and gain experience to be the stars of Al Nasr and the UAE in the future.
