Yesterday evening, Tuesday, the activities of the capacity development course for Al-Nasr Academy coaches were concluded, within the framework of the academy's strategic action plan during the current season.
30 coaches participated in the course, and it was supervised by Captain Salem Rabie, the technical director of Al-Nasr Football Academy, and was presented by Dr Hurmatallah Al-Sibai, who holds the European Diploma to the professional coach at the excellent level from the European Football Association and the diploma of managing football academies in European clubs, the owner of Long experience and great experience in European and Gulf stadiums, and it lasted for 7 consecutive days.
About the importance of the course, Mr. Ahmed Al-Dalil, Director of Al-Nasr Football Academy, said: “Al-Nasr Club is a pioneer in advanced training courses and programs, and in order to have distinguished players, we must have a good foundation starting with the Football Academy, so we saw the importance of holding courses Advanced training with the aim of getting acquainted with the latest training programs in the world, at the hands of lecturers specialized in football, such as Dr Hurmatallah Al-Sibai, with the aim of benefiting from his expertise and experience and learning from it.”
In turn, Dr Hurmatallah Al-Sibai expressed his happiness on this occasion, and said: "I thank the officials in Al-Nasr Club for this generous invitation, and this is an honor for me. The aim of this course is to teach coaches the principles used to pressure the ball holder, and the principles used in any football system, so the coaches master these principles and know how to use them in any training situation, and which part of the team can be used to apply these principles as we explain them theoretically and apply them practically on the field.”
He continued, "The second point in the training course is the offensive tactic, and the attack method for the team as a whole, and this method must be explained to the coaches, and the method of applying it on the field so that they can use it in the right way, and apply it on the pitch “.
The course included a set of theoretical and applied lectures that focused on the basics of zonal defense, attack and team organization for attack, It also dealt with reading and analyzing performance on the field, communicating with players, their roles in defense and attack situations, and the correct positioning on the field, with the aim of developing the capabilities of coaches at Al Nasr Academy and bringing them to the highest levels, presenting developments in football, and qualifying them.
